Access-Control Systems

UB Home may send resident, guest, vehicle, unit, license plate, access code, and expiration information to connected building systems such as door stations, elevator controllers, and automatic number plate recognition barriers. This is necessary to provide entry, visitor, vehicle, and elevator access features.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, administer building access, resolve requests, maintain security records, and comply with applicable obligations. Guest access information may expire automatically, but related records may be retained for security, audit, and support purposes.
